Manual aluminum film forming machine Product Overview
The Manual Single-Piece Aluminum Laminated Film Forming Machine is a compact press system for deep drawing of pre-cut aluminum laminated film into pouch battery casings (pockets). Unlike fully automated roll-fed forming machines, this manual-loading version is designed for small-batch production, R&D experiments, and pilot lines where flexibility and quick changeover are more important than high throughput.
The machine features a three-plate die structure with a hydraulic booster cylinder controlling the flattening/pressing function. A servo-driven stretching mechanism performs the deep drawing operation to form the film into a three-dimensional battery pocket. The operator manually places the pre-cut aluminum film onto the die, initiates the forming cycle, and then removes the formed casing for manual edge trimming. Available in two sizes to accommodate different battery dimensions, this machine provides a cost-effective solution for cell development and small-volume production.
Process Flow
Manual Loading: Operator places a pre-cut sheet of aluminum laminated film onto the three-plate die.
Cycle Initiation: Operator activates the forming cycle.
Flattening/Pressing: Hydraulic booster cylinder applies pressure (15T or 30T) to flatten and press the film area to be formed.
Deep Drawing/Stretching: Servo motor performs the stretching operation to form the film into a 3D battery pocket.
Manual Unloading: Operator removes the formed casing from the die.
Manual Trimming: Operator manually trims the top and side edges of the formed casing.
