The Automatic Battery OCV Test & Sorting Machine is a high-precision testing and grading system designed for cylindrical lithium batteries. Featuring a suction cup tray loading mechanism, the system automatically pushes trays into the testing zone and completes full-tray battery testing in one cycle. With a fixed 1-to-1 fixture design and chain-type conveyor ensuring stable operation, this machine delivers reliable, high-throughput testing for battery manufacturing lines.
After OCV/IR testing, the system automatically sorts cells into multiple grades based on preset parameters. Real-time test data is displayed on the HMI for immediate identification of defective cells, and all data can be uploaded to MES systems for comprehensive tracking and statistical analysis. The tray battery position memory function ensures accurate cell tracking throughout the testing and sorting process.
