What Is a Fully Automatic Hot Press Formation Line for Pouch Cell?
This equipment performs the critical formation process for polymer pouch cells under simultaneously applied heat and pressure. The formation step activates the cell and builds the SEI (solid electrolyte interphase) layer, while hot pressing improves electrolyte wetting, reduces cell thickness, and ensures flatness.
