Electrode drying oven application scope:
This four-door cylindrical fully automatic vacuum oven is specially designed for high-efficiency, large-scale industrial baking, particularly suitable for materials that require strict dry environments, such as lithium-ion battery electrodes. Its unique cylindrical cavity and four-door structure achieve excellent sealing and convenient loading and unloading operations. Combined with the fully automatic vacuum system and forced hot air circulation, it can quickly and uniformly remove moisture and solvents under low-pressure conditions, significantly improving drying efficiency and product consistency. The equipment adopts an advanced PLC touch screen control system, precisely managing temperature, vacuum degree, and process flow, ensuring stable and reliable baking processes. It is an ideal drying solution for high-end battery manufacturing, precision chemicals, and material processing.
Electrode drying oven Configuration
A. Body: Made of 3.5mm imported 304 stainless steel, with reinforcing ribs processed from the same material
B. Frame: Constructed from 1.5mm and 2.0mm high-quality cold-rolled steel sheets, consisting of two layers of insulation composed of aluminum silicate cotton, aluminum foil cotton, and sound insulation cotton layered together
C. Hot Air System: Each layer includes a fan, heating chamber, air duct, air pipe, etc., ensuring more uniform temperature distribution
D. Control System: Composed of PLC, WEINVIEW touch screen, KITA pressure sensor, high vacuum baffle valve, solid-state relay, temperature controller, solenoid valve group, etc.
E. Hardware Components: Including doors, rear covers, vacuum pipes, and other stamped parts
Machine Features of Vacuum Oven
A. Equipped with a fully enclosed heating chamber and utilizing a breath heating process, ensuring high efficiency, energy savings, and precise temperature control.
B. Features high-vacuum pneumatic baffle valves and isolated four-chamber design for independent control.
C. Comes standard with six high-performance safety protection devices across all models.
D. Standard configuration includes aluminum alloy doors with elastic double-layer glass, excellent heat retention and explosion-proof performance, triple pressure detection, and overpressure protection.
E. All models feature a 7-inch color large-screen human-machine interface (HMI), offering an aesthetic and user-friendly experience.
G. Material Loading Method: Suspended on a ø63 mounting shaft inside the chamber; maximum bearing load per hanger is ≤150 kg.
H. Chamber Structure: Four single-opening doors (4 doors total).
I. Insulation Layer Structure: Utilizes high-density aluminum silicate insulation wool with double-layer thermal insulation, maintaining an external temperature below 45°C (excluding the glass door area).
J. Heating Method: Electric heating control with external surround-type hot air circulation.
K. Heating Structure: Employs an O-type external circulation air system, with air outlet on the left and inlet on the right to achieve uniform temperature distribution.
L. Touchscreen display for automatic cycle control; the process automatically returns to vacuum holding after the final step. Features digital display of safe temperature.
M. Incorporates a multi-stage overtemperature protection control device, effectively preventing temperature runaway and enhancing the accuracy of overtemperature protection.
N. The control panel utilizes a centralized touchscreen interface for convenient and reliable operation. The program controller employs PLC for stable and dependable performance.
O. The four-chamber oven allows for individual control of each chamber, enabling separate setting of total baking time, cycle time, vacuum pumping time, and drying time. After parameter setup, pressing the automatic button initiates the automatic baking program. The system automatically shuts down when the set baking time is reached. If the temperature exceeds the safe limit, an alarm is triggered with a red indicator light, heating stops automatically, and an alarm message is displayed on the screen.
P. During normal operation, fault prompts, alarm messages, and potential causes can be described on the screen, providing real-time feedback on equipment status.
