Automatic Pouch Cell Filling Machine:It is an all-in-one intelligent equipment developed specifically for the liquid filling process of soft pack lithium-ion batteries.
The complete process flow includes equipment integration for automatic feeding, pre-weighing scanning, atmospheric pressure injection, three-level vacuum static storage, vacuum packaging, post-weighing scanning, and NG sorting, and is widely used in the mass production of soft-pack battery cells for 3C digital batteries, power batteries, and energy storage batteries.
The electrolyte is known as the “blood” of the battery, and its injection process not only requires extremely high precision but also needs to be completed in a strict vacuum environment. This equipment precisely controls the injection volume through high-precision metering pumps, combined with a stepped vacuum static setting process, ensuring that the electrolyte is fully soaked into the micro-pores of the electrode sheets and separator, effectively reducing the residual bubbles, thereby guaranteeing the battery’s capacity, cycle life, and safety. The equipment is compatible with the injection function of different sizes of battery cells, with a single machine output production efficiency ≥12ppm.
Electrolyte Dosing Machine Working Principle and Process Flow
The equipment adopts a rotating tooling structure, where the battery cells sequentially complete each process in the transfer fixture, realizing continuous cyclic operation. The complete process flow is as follows:

Throughout the process, the equipment monitors key parameters such as temperature and pressure in real-time through the PLC control system, and the machine only operates when the set values are reached, effectively ensuring the quality of product packaging. The equipment has three operating modes: automatic, semi-automatic, and manual. The automatic and semi-automatic modes have a memory interlock function, and there is a reliable interlock relationship between the front and rear action logic units, preventing incorrect operations.
