The P-LFM4-S Pouch Cell Filling Machine (Rotary Fixture, 4-Cells-Per-Cycle) is a custom-developed electrolyte filling machine tailored to address the current market phenomenon of numerous and varied models of small polymer batteries. It effectively combines the speed advantage of suction-cup type filling machines with the broad compatibility characteristic of needle-sleeve type filling.
This equipment is primarily designed to perform the following functions for medium to large-sized prismatic pouch lithium-ion batteries: manual loading, automatic conventional electrolyte filling, automatic vacuum resting, automatic vacuum standing, automatic sealing, and manual unloading.
