Cell Sealing Machine Function Overview
This equipment is suitable for top and side sealing of soft-pack lithium batteries (small and medium-sized batteries).
Workflow:
Manually place the battery into the feeding station of the four-station rotary table → Press the dual-start buttons → The rotary table rotates to the top sealing station → The rotary table rotates to the side sealing station → Battery discharging station (circular operation)

1.Adopts a four-station rotary table driven by a high-precision cam divider.
2.Sealing temperature can be preset with temperature deviation alarm function; the air pressure of the sealing head cylinder is adjustable and displayable.
3.Parallelism of upper and lower sealing heads: ±0.01mm; alignment can be adjusted via the adjustment mechanism.
4.Equipped with safety door switch protection; all actions will pause when the safety door is opened.
5.Uses programmable logic controller (PLC) for automatic control and touch screen for man-machine interaction, enabling convenient operation and setting.
6.Features output statistics function, manual and automatic operation modes, and fault alarm function.
