Our Single Sheet Laser Die-Cutting Machine is a high-precision, integrated system designed for the complete processing of coiled battery electrode sheets into finished single pieces. This advanced Laser Die-Cutter for Battery Electrodes automates the entire workflow from automatic unwinding and alignment correction to final stacking. Its core functions include high-speed laser tab cutting with integrated dust removal, precise punch die-based corner rounding, final blanking/cutting to shape, in-line CCD inspection for dimensions and defects, automatic rejection of NG pieces, and gentle stacking of good electrodes into magazines.

Engineered for exceptional quality and reliability, this Precision Laser Cutting for Battery Foils machine features imported laser components, an anti-vibration mechanism for micron-level accuracy, and a patented multi-stage dust removal system that combines negative pressure, brushing, and ultrasonic technologies to eliminate contaminants. It supports both waste-edge and near-zero waste cutting processes. 7. Optional CCD detection function for outer dimensions and surface defects;

Equipped with an efficient dust removal system (comprehensive mechanism including anti-melting bead splashing structure, negative pressure dust removal, brush dust removal, ultrasonic dust removal, etc.), and the film after cutting is equipped with two sets of double-sided dust removal systems separately;
9. The rounded corners of the film are formed by two sets of five metal molds;
10. The film cutting is completed by five metal die cutting;
11. Servo motor drives constant length traction feeding;
12. The film is automatically collected, and the film is stacked into the feeding box.
