Designed for high-volume production, this Automated Battery Cell Stacking Machine performs laser cutting for precise tabs and electrodes, followed by automated stacking, CCD inspection for defects and dimensions, in-line Hi-pot testing, and final labeling and discharge.
Stacking Machine Equipment Features
1. Equipped with an efficient dust removal system, including magnetic adsorption, ion wind, FFU, brush, and negative pressure, etc., with various dust removal methods;
2. Reasonable equipment layout, with the factory floor area being 60% of traditional cutting and stacking equipment;
3. High maintainability and operability, greatly reducing downtime;
4. Equipped with automatic belt feeding function for electrodes and diaphragm automatic belt feeding function;
5. Equipped with CCD closed-loop detection function, and has the function of detecting and removing single NGs on the stacking platform;
