Designed for high-volume production, this Automated Battery Cell Stacking Machine performs laser cutting for precise tabs and electrodes, followed by automated stacking, CCD inspection for defects and dimensions, in-line Hi-pot testing, and final labeling and discharge.

1. Equipped with an efficient dust removal system, including magnetic adsorption, ion wind, FFU, brush, and negative pressure, etc., with various dust removal methods;
2. Reasonable equipment layout, with the factory floor area being 60% of traditional cutting and stacking equipment;
